Everything you need to know about our garlic export business
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For fresh garlic (Normal White, Pure White), the MOQ is 1 x 40HQ Reefer container (28MT). For dehydrated garlic flakes, the MOQ is 500kg. We can discuss smaller trial orders case by case.
What packaging options are available?
We offer: 10kg/carton, 20kg/carton, 30lb mesh bag for fresh garlic; 1kg aluminum foil bag, 5kg/bag, 25kg/drum for dehydrated flakes. Custom packaging and OEM/private label are also available upon request.
How do you ensure quality control?
We follow a 6-step QC system: field inspection, sorting & grading, processing control, packaging inspection, container loading check, and shipping tracking. We also support third-party inspection (SGS, BV) before shipment.
What is the delivery time?
For fresh garlic in stock: 7-10 days after order confirmation. For dehydrated products: 10-15 days depending on quantity. Shipping time depends on destination port — typically 15-30 days to most markets.
Do you provide cold storage garlic year-round?
Yes. New crop garlic is harvested in June. With our cold storage facilities (50,000MT capacity), we can supply fresh garlic from June through March of the following year. Cold storage garlic is kept at -1°C to 0°C to maintain quality.
Can you provide organic garlic?
Yes, we can supply organic garlic with proper certification. Please contact us in advance as organic supply is limited and requires additional lead time.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Specific payment terms are negotiable and tailored to each order and partnership. Please contact us to discuss the best arrangement for your needs.
What documents do you provide for export?
Full export documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (CO), Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and health/sanitary certificate as required by destination country.
What are your main shipping ports?
Our main loading port is Qingdao Port, approximately 500km from our facility in Shandong Province. We can also ship from Tianjin or Lianyungang upon request. Both FOB and CIF terms are available.
Do you support OEM or private label?
Yes. We support OEM/private label packaging. You can provide your brand logo, design, and packaging specifications, and we will produce accordingly. Minimum order quantity for custom packaging may apply.

What is the shelf life of your garlic products?
Fresh garlic: 6-9 months in cold storage (-1°C to 0°C). Dehydrated garlic flakes: 24 months when sealed, away from light and moisture.
